Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits
- Conduct site inspections and assess client requirements
- Measure project quantities and evaluate the scope of work
- Prepare accurate quotations, BOQs, cost estimates, and commercial proposals
- Calculate manpower, machinery, materials, and project costs
- Follow up on submitted quotations until closure
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service contracts
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth project execution
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, property management companies, hotels, restaurants, and corporate clients
- Identify tender opportunities and assist in preparing tender submissions
- Maintain a CRM database and submit weekly sales reports
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in commercial cleaning, facility management, pest control, or related industries
- Proven experience in sales, estimation, and quotation preparation
- Ability to read drawings and understand project specifications
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, costing, and pricing
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
- UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage

Job Overview
