- Promote hospital services, health packages, and specialized medical departments
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and meetings
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Coordinate health awareness programs, medical camps, and community events
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare or hospital sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build professional relationships and generate business opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate companies, insurance providers, clinics, schools, hotels, and healthcare partners.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase patient referrals.
- Promote hospital services, health packages, and specialized medical departments.
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and meetings.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Marketing & Promotion
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate health awareness programs, medical camps, and community events.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, social media campaigns, and brand building activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
Client Relationship Management
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Address client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding hospital services.
- Follow up with potential clients and business partners.
- Maintain a database of clients, referrals, and business opportunities.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales performance and marketing campaign results.
- Maintain records of meetings, contracts, and client communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or hospital sector.
