Overview

  • Promote and sell the company’s products to customers across assigned markets.
  • Understand the complete product range, technical specifications, catalogs, and product applications.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and assigned business goals.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, meetings, and follow-ups to develop new business opportunities.
  • Identify and approach new customers, traders, contractors, and end-users.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize sales orders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Provide product presentations and basic technical support before and after sales.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, deliveries, and payment collections.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer visit reports, and follow-up updates in ERP/CRM systems.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting procedures.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Manager or Management.
