- Respond promptly and effectively to sales inquiries
- Conduct thorough inside and outside sales activities from initial contact to deal closure
- Work closely with Product Development team to enhance existing products and develop new solutions
- Support Business Development efforts by contributing to outbound sales initiatives
- Coordinate with sales team and customers to ensure smooth order processing and after sales support
- Manage CRM entries, follow ups, and reporting using Odoo or Zoho CRM
