Intro

  • We are looking for an organized and responsible Admin / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, HR coordination, basic accounting support, supply chain support and internal follow ups.

Administrative Duties

  • Handle daily administrative tasks, emails, records, and filing.
  • Assist management with schedules, reports, and follow ups.
  • Monitor office supplies, petty cash, and general office requirements.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Suppliers, and Accounts when required.

HR Administration

  • Assist in job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow up.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR documents.
  • Support onboarding, documentation, and internal HR communication.

Accounting / Bookkeeping

  • Support basic AP/AR, invoice entry, receipts, payment follow ups, and bookkeeping.
  • Experience with Odoo, Zoho Books, and Zoho Inventory is an advantage.

Supply Chain

  • Support basic supply chain tasks, including supplier follow ups, shipment coordination, stock update updates, and order status tracking.

  • Monthly Salary: AED 5,000 to AED 7,000
