Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer (Lighting) role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role advises clients on lighting requirements and recommends solutions aligned with project specifications and budgets.
The position combines sales, technical consultation, customer relationship management, and pre- and post-sales support.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare technical proposals and recommend suitable lighting solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and support the sales team with technical expertise.
- Handle inquiries and provide pre- and post-sales technical support.
- Manage customer relationships and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams on accurate quotations and timely deliveries.
- Stay updated on lighting technologies, standards, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Strong sales engineering skills with experience in lighting or related electrical products, including solution design and technical consultation.
- Proficiency in technical support, troubleshooting product issues, and interpreting technical specifications.
- Effective communication, presentation, negotiation, and technical explanation skills.
