Role Overview
The Production In-charge (Joinery) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role oversees joinery production activities and supervises workshop operations to meet quality standards and project deadlines.
Production Responsibilities
- Plan work schedules, allocate tasks to production staff, and monitor progress.
- Supervise workshop operations and coordinate with project managers and site teams.
- Manage materials and inventory for joinery production.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies.
- Review technical drawings and resolve production issues.
- Optimize workflow and resource utilization and support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in joinery production management, including workshop team supervision and coordination of multiple projects.
- Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, materials, machinery, and finishing processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Effective communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
