Overview

The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth in the Middle East for the hydraulic services market, combining technical expertise with strong sales and relationship-building skills to achieve targets and expand the client base.

ü Generate enquiries from assigned territory and clientele.

ü Identify and develop profitable opportunities for the Hydraulics Projects Division within the Middle East market.

ü Develop and present service and engineering solutions as part of pre-sales activities, in conjunction with the operations team.

ü Manage and interpret customer requirements through personal meetings and communication.

ü Prepare technical sales proposals.

ü Techno-commercial negotiations.

ü Adherent to the processes for Proposal and Contract Management.

ü Conduct contract or award reviews in line with proposals and statements of work.

ü Achieve desired sales in line with agreed individual KPIs.

ü Achieve desired payment collection inline with cash flow forecast as a part of agreed individual KPI.

ü Meet or exceed sales targets set forth by the company.

ü Maintain sales plan as a proactive working document & assist with Hydraulic services sales forecasting.

ü Issue monthly reports with an overview of previous and forthcoming month's sales activity.

ü Actively promote completion of customer feedback reports.

ü Operations Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure development schedules and deliveries are met.

ü Strategic Development: Assist in the development of the Hydraulic Project business development strategy for Middle East and other parts of the globe.

Develop new clients and ensure pre-qualification status is achieved and maintained with customers in the market.

ü Ensure all Sales & BD activity adheres to company systems, processes, and procedures.

ü Quality and Compliance: Commit to continuous improvement in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment.
