Job Overview

  • We are seeking a Sales Engineer with a strong engineering background and proven experience in sales of heat transfer and process equipment to support business growth across key process industries.

Key Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in industrial or engineering environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience selling industrial equipment or engineered solutions within one or more of the following sectors: Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Fertilizer, Power Generation, Utilities, Water Treatment, Heavy Industry, Process Industries.
  • Experience in sales of one or more of the following products: Plate Heat Exchangers, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Air Cooled Heat Exchangers, Boilers, Waste Heat Boilers, Pressure Vessels, Air Coolers, Cooling Towers, Industrial Fans, Blowers, Compressors, Industrial Burners, Fired Heaters, Static

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industrial sectors.
  • Promote and sell industrial equipment and engineered solutions to new and existing customers.
  • Engage with clients to understand technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare technical proposals, commercial quotations, and tender documentation.
  • Review customer specifications, engineering drawings, and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to develop competitive solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and EPC contractors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth.
