Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fit out, interior solutions, and construction sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, developers, and project stakeholders
- Promote Euro Systems' range of fit out and architectural solutions
- Understand client requirements and propose customized technical solutions aligned with project specifications and budgets
- Conduct site visits, project assessments, and technical presentations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, tender submissions, and commercial offers
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project handover
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients
- Coordinate with engineering, estimation, procurement, and project teams to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the fit out and building materials sector
- Provide exceptional customer service and after sales support
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–8 years of UAE/GCC experience in fit out sales, building materials sales, architectural systems, interior solutions, or construction project sales
- Strong network with architects, consultants, contractors, interior designers, and developers
- Technical understanding of fit out products, architectural systems, aluminum and glazing, acoustic solutions, shading systems, or passive fire protection products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and sales opportunities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- UAE Driving License is preferred
