About the Role
Europhon Acoustics, part of Euro Systems Group, is seeking a Sales Engineer to grow their presence in the UAE fit-out market. The role involves developing new business, managing client relationships, and presenting acoustic and fit-out solutions.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across fit out contractors, main contractors, developers, and interior design consultants in the UAE
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients, serving as the go to contact for product, technical, and commercial queries
- Conduct client meetings, showroom presentations, and site visits to assess project requirements and recommend solutions
- Prepare detailed technical submittals, quotations, and proposals for products including acoustic panels, seamless ceilings, movable partitions, glass partitions, and acoustic spray systems
- Work closely with design and estimation teams to develop competitive, specification compliant bids
- Follow up on leads, active tenders, and submitted proposals through the full sales cycle to order closure
- Track project pipelines, identify upcoming fit out and interior works, and position company at specification stage
- Coordinate with project delivery teams post sale to ensure smooth execution and high client satisfaction
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain up to date records of client activity, pipeline status, and sales forecasts
Requirements
- 2–4 years of sales experience in the fit out, acoustic, interior solutions, or construction sector in the UAE
- Familiarity with acoustic products, interior partitions, ceiling systems, or related fit out materials is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to develop new client relationships and manage existing accounts simultaneously
- Comfortable engaging with both technical stakeholders and design focused clients
- Strong ability to read architectural drawings and interpret fit out specifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English — Arabic is a plus
- Self starter with strong pipeline management discipline and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license is required

- We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Sales Engineer to develop new business and manage existing client relationships across the fit out sector. You will work with a diverse client base spanning main contractors, developers, and interior design firms.
