- Generate new business opportunities within the fit out and construction sector
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and end users
- Promote the company's fit out, ceiling, partition, and architectural solutions
- Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals
- Conduct product presentations and client meetings
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities
- Coordinate with estimation, design, procurement, and project teams
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in Interior Fit Out, Architectural Products, Partitions, Ceilings, or Construction Materials
- Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets
- Strong network of contractors, consultants, architects, and developers within KSA
- Ability to understand technical drawings and project specifications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills will be an advantage
- Valid KSA Driving License is mandatory

Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in Interior Fit Out and Architectural Products.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets across the KSA market.
