About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across fit out contractors, main contractors, developers, and interior design firms in Qatar
- Manage and develop an existing portfolio of clients in Doha, acting as their primary point of contact for technical and commercial matters
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations to understand project requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Prepare accurate technical submittals, quotations, and proposals for aluminium systems, glazing, shading, and related fit out products
- Collaborate with estimation and design teams to develop competitive, specification compliant bids
- Follow up on leads, tenders, and submitted proposals throughout the full sales cycle through to order closure
- Track active and upcoming fit out and interior projects in the Qatar market and position Euro Systems at the specification stage
- Stay informed on competitor activity, market trends, and new project opportunities across Doha
- Coordinate with project delivery and logistics teams post sale to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline status, and forecasts
Requirements
- 2–4 years of sales experience in fit out, aluminium, glazing, interior solutions, or construction sector
- Familiarity with architectural systems, aluminium and glazing products, shading solutions, or related fit out materials
- Proven ability to develop new client relationships and manage existing accounts simultaneously
- Comfortable engaging with both technical stakeholders and design focused clients
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and fit out specifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Arabic is a strong advantage
- Self motivated with strong pipeline management discipline and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage
- Valid Qatar driving license or ability to obtain one upon joining is required

Job Summary
- We are looking for an energetic and technically capable Sales Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to develop new business and manage existing client relationships within the fit out sector in Doha.
