- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the construction and steel industries
- Conduct regular client meetings and project site visits to understand technical requirements
- Present and promote the company's range of steel products and services
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination and delivery
- Track and analyze market developments, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to secure successful project awards
- Provide post sales follow up to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client communications, and project progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil preferred) or related discipline
- 2 4 years of experience in sales within the steel, construction, or related sectors
- Valid driving license
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to interpret technical requirements and convert them into business opportunities
- Self driven, results oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits

Job Brief

Job Responsibilities

- AED 8,000 – 12,000 per month.
