- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert opportunities into successful projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions based on client requirements
- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and business meetings
- Develop business opportunities across real estate development, luxury retail, hospitality, automotive, corporate, and commercial sectors
- Build and maintain long term client relationships to support repeat business and sustainable growth
- Achieve assigned revenue and business development targets
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or related field
- Strong local experience with an established business network within the region
- Strong network and industry contacts within real estate developers, luxury retail brands, hospitality and hotels, automotive brands, and corporate and commercial organizations
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or client acquisition
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self driven, target oriented, and capable of building long term client relationships
- Must currently be based in Dubai
- Valid driving license is mandatory
- Must have access to a personal vehicle for business commuting
