About the Role
Agile Consultants seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to support C-level executives in a manufacturing environment. The role involves managing calendars, coordinating travel, handling confidential information, and supporting office administration.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the CEO, Deputy CEO, and senior management
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and schedules
- Coordinate local and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries
- Support visa applications, renewals, and travel related documentation for executives and their family members
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and business correspondence
- Keep track of business and executive related expenses and maintain accurate expense records
- Coordinate and monitor expense claims, invoices, and supporting documentation
- Manage confidential documents, records, and correspondence with the highest level of discretion
- Handle office management responsibilities, including coordinating with vendors, service providers, and internal departments
- Organize meetings, conferences, and business events as required
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation and record management
- Support special projects and perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of secretarial or executive assistant experience
- Proven experience supporting C level executives such as CEOs, Deputy CEOs, Managing Directors, or senior leadership teams
- Experience coordinating visa applications, travel arrangements, and executive schedules
- Strong experience in expense tracking, reporting, and administrative coordination
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Previous experience in office administration and vendor coordination is an advantage

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 8,000 10,000 per month
