Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth among independent resellers in the assigned territory by serving as a primary sales and technical advisor for Brivo products and third-party API integrations.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, customer engagements, and field events for resellers and end-users, both virtually and on-site.
- Provide technical and design support to resellers and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), including project design, Bills of Materials (BOMs), competitive differentiation, and remote/on-site support for escalated issues.
- Coordinate technical aspects of customer projects, including multi-site and multi-region deployments, phased rollout planning, technical QA, post-installation health checks, and technical account reviews for large accounts.
- Strengthen reseller technical capabilities through Brivo University and product certification training, train-the-trainer programs, and ongoing technical enablement.
- Collaborate with product management and internal teams to communicate customer needs, improve reseller performance, and develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Maintain knowledge of regional competitors, including local VMS and cloud providers, to support RSMs and resellers with technical differentiation and competitive opportunities.
Skills, Expertise & Qualifications
- Experience in physical security or access control, with 5+ years as a pre-sales technical professional OR relevant field experience selling, installing, or programming Brivo systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with CRM, Google Workspace, and design tools.
- Previous experience crafting responses to functional and technical requirements for RFIs and RFPs.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations to dealers and end users, both virtually and in person.
- Experience in creating a bill of materials (BOM).
- Proficient in delivering pre-sales and technical training content.
