Job Summary

  • We are looking for an ambitious and technically capable Sales Engineer to drive revenue growth while maintaining strong relationships with our existing client base.
  • Candidates with a background in the fit out sector are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • This is a field facing role that puts you at the intersection of sales, engineering, and design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across fit out companies, developers, main contractors, façade consultants, and interior design firms in the UAE.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for technical and commercial queries.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations to understand project requirements and propose the most suitable solutions.
  • Prepare accurate technical submittals, quotations, and proposals for aluminium glazing, curtain wall, façade, and shading systems.
  • Collaborate with the design and estimation teams to develop competitive bids and ensure technical compliance with project specifications.
  • Follow up on leads, tenders, and proposals through the full sales cycle from inquiry to order closure.
  • Stay updated on project pipelines, market trends, and competitor activity within the fit out and architectural sectors.
  • Coordinate with project delivery and logistics teams post order to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline status, and forecasts in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of sales or business development experience in architectural systems, aluminium & glazing, façade, curtain wall, or interior/outdoor shading.
  • Experience working with or selling to fit out contractors, interior design firms, or main contractors is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing client accounts and closing deals in the UAE construction or fitout market.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and project specifications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English — Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license is required.
