Role Overview
A fast-growing SaaS company is seeking a Sales Enablement & Operations Manager to strengthen commercial operations and create scalable ways of working.
The hands-on role spans sales operations, automation, analytics, and enablement across the sales organization.
The position aims to make the sales organization more efficient, measurable, and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve sales processes, workflows, and documentation.
- Support the Sales Manager and SDR team with process improvements, onboarding, automation, and productivity initiatives.
- Build and optimize automated and self-service sales processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion and engagement through technology and process changes.
- Manage sales reporting, forecasting, dashboards, and performance analysis.
- Use Salesforce to improve data visibility, workflows, and sales execution.
- Work cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Identify operational challenges and build practical solutions that improve efficiency and scalability.
