We are hiring a Freight Forwarding Sales Representative to identify and develop new business opportunities in Dubai. The role involves cold calling, lead generation, and selling international logistics services including air, sea, and road freight.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and networking
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long term customers
- Prepare professional quotations in coordination with Operations and Pricing teams
- Follow up on quotations until closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Conduct online meetings and presentations with prospective clients
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM (Odoo)
- Coordinate with overseas agents and operations to ensure smooth shipment execution
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare weekly sales reports and pipeline updates
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure excellent after sales service
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and freight rates
Requirements
- 2 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Sales
- Experience selling international logistics services
- Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Road Freight, Import & Export procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- CRM experience (Odoo, CargoWise, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Driving license required
- Arabic required

Job Overview

Responsibilities

- 2–5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Sales.
- Experience selling international logistics services.
- Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Road Freight, Import & Export procedures.
- Existing customer portfolio is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- CRM experience (Odoo, CargoWise, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized and target oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with overseas freight agents.
- Knowledge of UAE logistics market.
- Experience with JCtrans, WCA, or similar logistics networks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Compensation
- Pay: From AED 3,000.00 per month
