- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents
- Prepare competitive quotations (Air, Sea & Land freight)
- Coordinate shipments from booking to final delivery
- Generate AWBs, invoices, and shipping documentation
- Follow up with customers and agents regarding payments
- Support the sales team with coordination and operational updates
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Perform general administrative and operational tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years experience handling pricing inquiries via JCtrans or WCA
- English fluency
- Arabic fluency
- Driving License

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Pricing & Sales Coordinator with strong knowledge of JCtrans and/or WCA networks to join our growing team.
