About the Role
Fitness Nation is seeking an experienced Sales Driver to sell and deliver food products to restaurants and other food service establishments across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. The role requires a valid UAE Manual Driving Licence and at least 2 years of experience as a Sales Driver in the F&B industry.

Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the Company's food products to restaurants, cafeterias, cafés, hotels, catering companies, supermarkets, and retail outlets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Visit existing and potential customers daily to generate orders and increase sales
- Deliver food products safely and on time while maintaining product quality and hygiene standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and collection targets
- Collect payments from customers where required and submit them to the Finance Department
- Prepare daily sales reports, delivery records, and customer visit reports
- Coordinate with the Production and Logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, well maintained, and complies with food safety and hygiene requirements
- Follow all UAE traffic regulations and Company safety policies
- Represent the Company professionally at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Driver or Van Salesman in the food and beverage (F&B) industry
- Proven experience selling food products to restaurants, cafeterias, cafés, hotels, catering companies, bakeries, or supermarkets in the UAE
- Valid UAE Manual Driving Licence
- Good knowledge of Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman routes
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to identify new customers and grow sales within the assigned territory
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage
- Basic computer and mobile application skills for order processing and reporting
- Physically fit and able to load and unload food products when required

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Sales Driver to join our Food Production Division.
- The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling and delivering food products to restaurants, cafeterias, cafés, hotels, supermarkets, and other food service establishments across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.

- Existing network of restaurant, cafeteria, or food service customers in the UAE.
- Experience selling bakery products, frozen foods, dairy products, beverages, snacks, or other FMCG food items.
- Knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices.
