Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day operations of the gym
- Lead, train, supervise, and schedule front desk, trainers, and support staff
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve member concerns promptly
- Achieve membership sales, renewals, and revenue targets
- Develop and implement marketing and member engagement initiatives
- Monitor gym cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and safety standards
- Oversee inventory and order supplies as needed
- Manage budgets, expenses, and daily financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
- Prepare operational reports and provide performance updates to management
- Organize fitness events, challenges, and promotional activities to increase member engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Fitness Management, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in gym, fitness club, or hospitality management
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
- Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and gym management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- CPR/First Aid certification is an advantage

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
