- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
- Coordinate visa processing, labor contracts, and employee onboarding/offboarding procedures
- Assist with payroll preparation and ensure accuracy of employee records
- Handle employee relations and respond to staff inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
Requirements
- 1 2 years of HR experience in the UAE (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR procedures
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Job Description
- We are looking for a dedicated and professional HR to join our team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of UAE HR experience and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities

Requirements

- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Compensation
- Pay: AED3,000.00 AED3,500.00 per month
