Role Description
Part-time hybrid Sales Director role based in Abu Dhabi with flexibility for some work from home.
The role leads the club’s sales strategy, revenue goals, membership growth, and sponsorship growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee sales strategy and define revenue goals.
- Drive membership and sponsorship growth.
- Manage sales pipelines and lead sales operations.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders for consistent execution of sales initiatives.
- Build relationships with sponsors, partners, and members.
- Handle key negotiations and maintain high customer service standards throughout the sales cycle.
- Mentor and guide the sales team.
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend data-driven commercial improvements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales and business development expertise with a record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Strong sales operations capabilities, including pipeline management, forecasting, and process optimization.
- Customer service experience with members, sponsors, and partners.
- Team management experience, including leading, coaching, and developing sales staff.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, both on-site in Abu Dhabi and remotely.
