Role Overview
Provide part-time remote operation and support for business applications, including monitoring, incident response, technical assistance, configuration, testing, and reliability improvement.
Responsibilities
- Monitor application performance and respond to incidents and service requests.
- Provide technical support to internal users and analyze issues to identify root causes.
- Coordinate resolutions with IT teams or vendors and document solutions and procedures.
- Support business processes through system configuration and workflow support.
- Test changes and contribute to application reliability and user experience improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and explain technical matters in accessible language.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for issue investigation, data interpretation, root-cause analysis, and improvement identification.
- Experience in application support, monitoring, troubleshooting, incident handling, and user assistance.
- Solid information technology foundation covering software environments, networks, and security best practices.
- Technical support capability including ticket management, solution documentation, and customer-focused problem solving.
- Ability to translate operational needs into application configurations and workflows.
- Effective written and verbal communication in a remote, multicultural environment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in IT operations, helpdesk, or application administration; relevant certifications or coursework are a plus.
