The role oversees daily operational activities and aligns processes, schedules, and resources with organizational goals.
Workplace
- The role is hybrid, with flexibility to work from home for some responsibilities.
Operational Leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize workflows, monitor performance indicators, and implement improvements.
- Manage budgets and resource allocation and support strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
Communication and Change
- Provide regular reports to leadership and support change initiatives.
- Maintain clear communication with staff, partners, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong operations management skills are required to oversee processes and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Solid analytical skills are required to interpret data, track performance metrics, and support evidence-based decisions.
- Effective team management and communication skills are required.
- Budgeting skills are required for managing expenses, forecasting resource needs, and supporting accountability.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree and experience in operations leadership or management are preferred.
- Experience in sports or club operations is an advantage.
