Green Figure Technique seeks a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Riyadh to qualify leads, conduct outbound calls, and schedule meetings. The role requires Arabic and English fluency, 2 years of experience in SDR or related fields, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Conduct professional outbound and cold calls.
- Research potential companies and identify the right decision-makers.
- Generate new leads and collect verified contact information.
- Follow up with prospects through phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
- Understand customer needs and qualify potential opportunities.
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and booked meetings.
Requirements
- Currently living in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Valid Saudi residency/Iqama.
- Fluent Arabic with strong professional communication skills.
- Good English, spoken and written.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SDR, Inside Sales, Telesales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
- Strong phone communication and cold-calling skills.
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Experience in Software, SaaS, Technology, Construction, or Engineering.
Qualifications
- Experience in Software, SaaS, Technology, Construction, or Engineering is a strong advantage.
