Role Overview
Sohoby is seeking a confident, driven, and bilingual Sales Development Representative.
The role focuses on outbound sales, lead generation, prospecting, and customer qualification for cloud-based software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and prospect outreach to generate leads.
- Identify and qualify potential customers.
- Present and explain cloud-based software solutions based on customer needs.
- Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Maintain accurate lead and outreach records in the CRM.
- Schedule qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- Meet assigned outreach, lead generation, and sales targets.
Requirements
- Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or outbound outreach.
- Strong cold-calling and customer-handling skills.
- Confident and professional communication style.
- Good technical understanding and ability to explain software and digital solutions.
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
- Technology or software background is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience in SaaS, software, technology, or digital sales is advantageous.
