Join Ironclad's first outbound SDR team in London and help build the EMEA outbound sales motion.

Workplace
- This is a hybrid role with office attendance expected two days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays in London.
- Additional in-office attendance may be required for team or company events.
What You Will Do
- Own and prioritise a strategic target account list within your territory.
- Research accounts and build plans with contacts, personalised emails, and strategic outbound calls.
- Run high-level conversations with senior executives at target accounts.
- Deliver tailored pitches, product insights, and data that communicate the platform's value.
- Record and organise sales intelligence in Salesforce.
- Share market feedback with Sales, Marketing, and Product and influence EMEA positioning.
- Meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities.
What You Bring
- At least 1 year of SDR experience, ideally in B2B SaaS with a strong outbound component.
- Energy and drive for a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Curiosity and eagerness to master sales tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Salesforce.
- Self-sufficiency, urgency, accountability, attention to detail, and professional follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative, flexible, coachable approach and comfort giving and receiving feedback.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to in-house legal teams or legal stakeholders.
- Experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
- Familiarity with the UK/EMEA market and selling across multiple countries or regions.
Compensation
- Pay is up to £49,993.53 per year.
