Soulside AI is the specialist AI platform for behavioral health documentation and compliance. We automate clinical documentation from intake through discharge and run real-time chart audits for medical necessity and denial reduction—so clinicians can spend time with patients, not paperwork.

You'll be the engine of our outbound motion. Working directly with the CEO and Director of Partnerships, you'll identify, engage, and qualify behavioral health organizations—and turn them into a pipeline.

Build and execute outbound sequences across behavioral health organizations.

Research high-fit prospects and personalize outreach—email, phone, LinkedIn.

Qualify inbound interest and route conversations to leadership.

Maintain clean pipeline data in CRM and contribute to weekly reviews.

Support conference and event follow-up as Soulside's industry presence grows.

1–2+ years in a sales, BD, or customer-facing role in healthcare (previous work in AI is a plus).

Strong written and verbal communication—clear, human, no filler.
