Internship Opportunity

  • Near, a fast growing technology company specializing in SaaS solutions and smart business technologies, is looking for a highly analytical and detail oriented Sales Operations & Automation Intern.
  • This internship is designed for ambitious students and fresh graduates interested in the intersection of business development, process improvement, sales operations, automation, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Document, analyze, and improve sales workflows and internal business processes.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sales and business development activities.
  • Design and implement lead scoring and prospect qualification frameworks.
  • Assist in creating deal scoring methodologies to improve opportunity prioritization and forecasting accuracy.
  • Identify potential prospects aligned with Near’s target industries.
  • Support CRM optimization, data quality management, and sales pipeline organization.
  • Improve operational processes by designing workflows and implementing workflow automation solutions using no code and low code tools.
  • Generate sales performance reports and dashboards to support decision making.
  • Analyze sales funnel metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline performance to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
  • Collaborate with business development, marketing, and product teams to improve operational efficiency.
  • Participate in process mapping, workflow design, and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are Looking For

  • Senior student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Interest in sales operations, process optimization, business development, and automation.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, or reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast paced, target oriented startup environment.
