Responsibilities
- Document, analyze, and improve sales workflows and internal business processes
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for sales and business development activities
- Design and implement lead scoring and prospect qualification frameworks
- Assist in creating deal scoring methodologies to improve opportunity prioritization and forecasting accuracy
- Identify potential prospects aligned with Near’s target industries
- Support CRM optimization, data quality management, and sales pipeline organization
- Improve operational processes by designing workflows and implementing workflow automation solutions using no code and low code tools
- Generate sales performance reports and dashboards to support decision making
- Analyze sales funnel metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Support the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and pitch decks
- Collaborate with business development, marketing, and product teams to improve operational efficiency
- Participate in process mapping, workflow design, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Senior student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Interest in sales operations, process optimization, business development, and automation
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar is a plus
- Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, or reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English

We are Looking For
