- Identify, analyse and track training effectiveness using data driven methodologies
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the Middle East to stay informed of local and regional priorities
- Conduct new joiner onboarding programmes including Launchpad and Sales/Delivery specific training
Requirements
- Experience in facilitating virtual and in person instructor led training
- Fluent Arabic and English speaker with oral and written proficiency
- Proven track record in sales with a strong grasp of sales techniques
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Ability to problem solve and think outside the box
- Willingness to travel frequently across the Middle East

What to Expect
- The UK/IE/ME Training Team is seeking a Sales & Delivery Trainer to develop and deliver virtual and in person training sessions for field teams across the Middle East.
- This position plays a key role in accelerating sales growth by ensuring consistency in sales processes, approach and techniques.
- The ideal candidate will help identify knowledge gaps and act as a trusted coach and mentor.
- We are looking for a strong communicator passionate about sales and delivery and helping others develop their abilities.
- This role is based in Dubai, UAE.
What You'll Do
