- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interior design and fit out sector
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, property developers, and contractors
- Follow up on sales leads, client inquiries, and project opportunities
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve company targets
- Coordinate between clients, designers, suppliers, and project teams to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and client requirements
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and project progress meetings
- Track project documentation, approvals, variations, and contracts
- Ensure timely communication and resolution of project related issues
- Support project managers in maintaining project timelines and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field
- 5–6 years of experience in Sales and Project Coordination within an Interior Design, Fit Out, or Construction company
- Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
- Strong understanding of interior design and fit out project processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- UAE driving license is an advantage

Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Cum Project Coordinator with experience in the Interior Design and Fit Out industry or Retail to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams from project initiation through completion.
