- Manage and respond to all inbound client inquiries professionally and timely
- Qualify leads and identify opportunities for business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, consultants, and industry partners
- Follow up consistently with leads and guide them through the sales journey to successfully close project deals
- Understand client briefs and prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and contracts aligned with project requirements
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure proposals accurately reflect the scope and client expectations
- Maintain an organized CRM database and keep all client interactions and pipelines up to date
- Support business development initiatives, networking, and partnerships that strengthen the studio's market presence
- Assist in preparing presentations and materials for client meetings
- Contribute to the firm's social media presence and online engagement (experience in social media management is a plus)
Requirements
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or client relations within a luxury interior design, architecture, or high end fit out firm
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand client needs and convert opportunities into projects
- Experience preparing professional proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Highly organized with exceptional follow up and relationship skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage

Overview
- Noon Design Studio is looking for a proactive and client focused Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
