- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and clients for interior design and fit out projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and industry partners
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, and business development activities
- Prepare, negotiate, and manage project proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project briefings to understand client requirements
- Coordinate project requirements between clients, designers, suppliers, and contractors
- Manage project timelines, documentation, and deliverables from project award to completion
- Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Follow up on contract execution, project variations, payments, and close out documentation
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth and market presence
Requirements
- 5 6 years of experience in the interior design and fit out industry
- Proven track record in sales and business development within interior design
- Strong network of clients, consultants, developers, and industry contacts in the UAE market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/project management tools
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
- Arabic (Required)
