- Own full funnel: Ad → Click → WhatsApp → Quote → Booking
- Improve response time, follow ups, closing scripts
- Goal: 10–20%+ lead to sale conversion
- Identify and close partnerships with used car dealers, rental & corporate fleets, real estate / villa communities
- Build recurring revenue pipelines from partnerships
- Design and launch wash packages, detailing bundles, annual care plans
- Continuously test pricing and positioning
- Set up and manage CRM (Zoho or equivalent)
- Ensure all leads are tracked, follow ups consistent, pipeline visibility clear
- Improve Google ranking & reviews
- Execute community activations, referral programs, car meets / events
Requirements
- 5+ years in marketing + automotive sales
- Has managed Google + Meta ads budgets
- Strong in closing deals + partnerships
- Comfortable being hands on + scrappy
- Mandatory: experience in automotive / local services

Role Summary
- Own and drive end to end revenue generation for Autowerks across digital channels, partnerships, and retention programs.
- This role is responsible for building predictable pipelines and improving conversion across all customer touchpoints.
Lead Conversion & Funnel Optimization
- Own full funnel: Ad → Click → WhatsApp → Quote → Booking
- Improve: Response time, Follow ups, Closing scripts
- Goal: 10–20%+ lead to sale conversion
B2B Partnerships
- Identify and close partnerships with: Used car dealers, Rental & corporate fleets, Real estate / villa communities
- Build recurring revenue pipelines
- Goal: Drive additional from partnerships
Offers, Packages & Subscriptions
- Design and launch: Wash packages, Detailing bundles, Annual care plans
- Continuously test pricing and positioning
- Goal: Increase repeat revenue + cash flow stability
CRM & Sales Process
- Set up and manage CRM (Zoho or equivalent)
- Ensure: All leads are tracked, Follow ups are consistent, Pipeline visibility is clear
- Goal: No lost leads, structured sales ops
Local Growth & Brand
- Improve Google ranking & reviews
- Execute: Community activations, Referral programs, Car meets / events
- Goal: Strong local dominance in DIP & nearby areas
Ideal Profile
- 5+ years in marketing + automotive sales
- Has managed Google + Meta ads budgets

Compensation Structure
- Base: 6K–10K AED
- Commission: 3–5% on direct revenue
- Pay: AED6,000.00 AED10,000.00 per month
