About the Role
Autowerks Car Care LLC is hiring a CRM, Sales & Office Administrator to manage customer relationships, sales inquiries, and office operations at a premium automotive detailing studio.

Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and service documentation
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the workshop team
- Follow up with customers before and after service
- Upsell detailing services, ceramic coating, PPF, window tinting, and maintenance packages
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer database
- Support daily office administration and operational coordination
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of mandatory experience in the automotive detailing or car care industry in a similar CRM, Sales, or Office Administration role
- Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills
- Knowledge of detailing services such as Ceramic Coating, PPF, Window Tinting, and Paint Correction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
