- Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers by providing technical assistance and frequent personal contact
- Develop and present proposals to clients
- Define, monitor, and control production projects
- Update the proposal log
- Develop customized coating solutions in coordination with RTSD
- Review clients' tender documents, isometric drawings, and specifications
- Develop techno commercial proposals to clients
- Stay abreast of competitors' products and services and assist in developing market and pricing strategy
- Obtain raw material prices from suppliers for costing purposes
- Generate material forecast needs documents
- Coordinate review of project requirements and specifications with other departments
- Arrange with concerned departments for production scheduling

- Experience in sales coordination and client relationship management
- Ability to develop and present proposals to clients
- Knowledge of tender documents, isometric drawings, and specifications
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments

Sales Coordinator Job Brief
- We are seeking a Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for building relationships and constant communication with current and potential clients generating profitable sales growth.
