Requirements
- Minimum two years of real estate experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Experience in sales coordination, client follow-ups, and lead management.
- Ability to handle property inquiries and support sales activities.
- Good understanding of the UAE real estate market is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales agents and support daily sales activities.
- Manage incoming property inquiries and client leads.
- Follow up with potential buyers and tenants.
- Arrange and coordinate property viewings.
- Maintain and update CRM records.
- Assist the sales team in closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Prepare daily follow-up reports and sales updates.

Compensation
