Job Description
The Call Coordinator will handle client inquiries and support the real estate sales and leasing team.
The role requires professional client communication, a confident phone manner, and effective follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and client inquiries professionally.
- Understand client requirements for buying and renting properties.
- Share suitable property options based on client needs.
- Coordinate with agents regarding unit availability and property details.
- Schedule and manage property viewings.
- Follow up with clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain client records using CRM, Excel, or internal systems.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and the sales and leasing team.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English are required.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- A professional, presentable, and customer-focused personality is required.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate market is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills are required.
- The ability to handle calls, messages, and follow-ups efficiently is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
