Role Overview
The role supports a real estate team with property sourcing, owner and client follow-up, portal listings, and viewing coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Call property owners to check unit availability.
- Source new properties for sale and rent.
- Collect complete property details, prices, and photos.
- Post and update advertisements on property portals.
- Follow up with owners, clients, and agents.
- Maintain accurate records of available units.
- Coordinate property viewings for the sales team.
Requirements
- Good communication and calling skills.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Experience with Property Finder, Bayut, or Dubizzle is preferred.
- Real estate experience is an advantage.
- Good English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Active, confident, and target-oriented approach.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month.
