- Manage and monitor the online community, responding to queries across social media, email and other inbound channels
- Identify customer needs and pain points and tactfully pitch the right services to convert queries into sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive, personalized communication
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow ups (CRM hygiene)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and relevant responses to customer needs
- Identify opportunities for upselling/cross selling within existing conversations
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or business development
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Proactive, self driven, and comfortable working independently
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Prior experience handling social media/DM based customer queries is a strong plus
