- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, quotations, and contracts
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to deliver tailored client solutions
- Track sales performance, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular business development reports
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings to generate leads and strengthen brand presence
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role
- At least 1 year of UAE experience within Advertising, Branding, Marketing, or Creative Services industry
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop long term client relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Self motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
