The employer is seeking an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator with an engineering background.
The role supports the field sales team through scheduling, documentation, information sharing and customer coordination.
The goal is to facilitate team activities and maximize sales performance and company development.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales schedules, documents and relevant communications.
- Ensure sales equipment and materials are available and adequate.
- Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support when requested.
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data electronically and present reports.
- Follow up with customers and achieve daily sales order and quotation targets.
- Process orders accurately and on time and provide technical customer advice after consulting the Technical Sales Manager.
- Inform clients of delays or problems.
- Monitor team progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
- Assist with promotional materials or events.
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience and experience as a Sales Coordinator with an engineering background.
