Banking and Cash Flow
- Maintain bank communications and support the Finance Manager with bank correspondence.
- Research bank products and services and assess suitability for the company.
- Support cash flow management, fund-flow tracking, collections forecasting, and working capital requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, collections, and document control teams on deliveries and invoice acknowledgements.
- Support supplier analysis and negotiate improved credit terms and payments.
Imports and Project Accounting
- Track raw-material shipments after order placement and follow up on import documents with banks.
- Liaise with clearing agents on import clearance and delivery to the factory.
- Review project contracts and letters of intent during drafting.
- Bill project invoices and reconcile contract accounts with project engineers.
- Coordinate site inventory checks and subcontractor payables.
- Document project contracts and support subcontractor payment negotiations.
Inventory and General Accounting
- Conduct store and project-site inventory checks and verify material transfers and consumption.
- Evaluate inventory and consumption patterns with Procurement to reduce storage risks.
- Guide junior accountants on general accounting and delegate bank reconciliation tasks.
- Support cheque deposits, cashier duties, petty cash, and general accounting coverage.
Payroll and Development
- Support payroll accounting and extract attendance summaries for labor and project calculations.
- Guide junior staff on accounting and summary preparation.
- Suggest improvements to accounting processes, records tracking, and reporting.
- Provide ideas for custom reports that simplify analysis and reconciliations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounts.
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience in the same role.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Tally, and mailing systems.
- Relevant software skills, with on-the-job training provided.
- Strong numerical skills and multitasking ability.
- Contract accounting background is preferred.
- Passing the appropriate company test is required.
Employment and Pay
- The position is full-time.
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Sharjah.
