Role Overview
Jasani is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support day-to-day sales operations and client coordination.
The role requires organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate client requirements with the sales team and ensure timely order processing.
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, and other documentation.
- Track order status and delivery by communicating with suppliers and internal departments.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
- Maintain and update customer databases and records.
- Assist with client presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience is required; printing or gifting industry experience is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree or graduate qualification is required.
- Strong communication and coordination skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is required.
Compensation
- Full-time role paying AED 3,500–4,500 per month.
