Pay

• The stated pay range is AED 3,500 to AED 5,500 per month.

Job Description

Sourcing and Supplier Management

• Source products and materials from Chinese manufacturers, factories, wholesalers, and suppliers based on company requirements.
• Evaluate and develop Chinese suppliers based on price, quality, capacity, lead time, payment terms, and reliability.
• Maintain an updated supplier database and procurement records, including quotations, purchase orders, supplier details, pricing, and performance.
• Source the right product at the right price.

Purchasing and Logistics

• Search for products according to sales executive requirements.
• Track stock, identify reorder items, obtain quotations, and discuss reorders with the department manager.
• Place orders, generate purchase orders, check pro forma invoices, and send required information to suppliers.
• Follow up on samples for approval, track goods through production, and hand over logistics to the logistics department.
• Trace and track running orders.

Quality and Coordination

• Inspect goods after they arrive at the warehouse and raise complaints with suppliers when required.
• Check the quality of goods.
• Suggest new product ideas to the sales team for customer orders.
• Attend inquiries and respond within the required time limit.

Qualifications and Skills

• Two to four years of experience sourcing the same or similar products is stated.
• Procurement and sourcing experience, preferably at least two years, is stated as preferred.
• International sourcing experience, especially in China, is preferred.
• Experience in the gifting or advertising industry is preferred.
• Good English communication, especially email communication, is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is required.
• International logistics, data analysis, and negotiation skills are required.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Work Arrangement

• The role is permanent and full-time.
• The work location is in person in Dubai.
• Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Dubai or plan to relocate before starting.
