Job Title

  • Sales Coordinator – Inspection, Training & Certification Services

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and follow up quotations for inspection, training, and certification services.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, proposals, and service scheduling.
  • Maintain CRM records and customer databases.
  • Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Coordinate with operations and technical departments for service delivery.
  • Prepare sales reports and management updates.
  • Assist in tender submissions and contract documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales coordination or customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in inspection, certification, training, or technical services is an advantage.
